Return Eligibility

Returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

  • Be unused or substantially unused
  • Be returned in their original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase or order information

Products returned more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, opened or heavily used consumable products may not be eligible for return unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. We may request photographs of the product or packaging to assist with the claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or denial of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
